Clarence “Michael” Hand

Clarence comes to Mill 2911 with over 25 years in the financial industry. Having obtained double majors in college, Mike went on to establish himself in a variety of lender loan underwriting capacities. Having performed in functional responsibilities of Business Analyst, Account Executive, Underwriting Specialist and Branch Manager, Mike increased financial performance and efficiencies of several lending institutions.

Directly responsible for corporate compliance to bank, state and federal regulations. By leading in the branch expansion of loan servicing area nationwide, Mike was instrumental in the development and implementation of automated underwriting processing and technical support centers. This would also entail new regional loan product development, marketing campaigns, supervising staff, training staff, establishing audit criteria and regulatory compliance. Mike also brings warehouse financing and capital market experience to the company.
